We are looking for web designers who who walk the line between design aesthetics and the user experience while ALWAYS considering accessibility, usability, and web standards. You should be able to:
- Create inspiring designs for web sites, emailers, and internet applications.
- Translate functional requirements into simple and effective user interfaces (UIs).
- Breathe HTML, XHTML, and CSS.
- Proficient in photoshop and other design software and preferably have experience with Flash, ActionScripting, JavaScript; and/or server-side code such as PHP.
