Access had a requirement for desiging a website and intranet system and that showcases their corporate profile as well as projects that they are conducting India wide. They also had a requirement to be able to communicate effectively with their branch offices all over the country.
Interactive World designed a website and and intranet system using ASP.NET & MSSQL server as tools providing a much need connectivity solution to Access Development Services.
The entire website and intranet system content can be managed using a comprehensive backend that allows keeping the website content current at all times. Further the intranet system allows the following functions:
- Creation & management of Human Resource Elements.
- Creation & management of system users.
- Management of website content
- Creation and management of User Generated Content
- Creation and management of state offices
- Publishing of news items
- Publishing of company policies
- Display of news items as published (can be stored and published at a future date)
- Provides regular alerts for office notices, birthdays and anniversaries.
