Impressive Leads was founded in April of 2006, after two years of experience and ground work in telemarketing for mortgage leads. Apart from this, Impressive Leads is also specialized in delivering internet and verified leads, which have a very high closing ratio.
Interactive World has been associated with Impressive Leads since over a year now and is providing solutions to them to run their lead generation applciation that bridges the call centers in India and Clients in the USA.
The application is divided into three parts with specialised processes for Call Centers in India, Verfiers at Impressive Leads end and the Loan Officers of the Clients in the USA. The financial lead generation application, allows call centers to generate leads as per criteria specified by the client. Leads once generated are submitted for a review by a verified who then can forward the lead to the clients appropriately or reject them for the Call Center with an appropriate reason provided.
Verified leads can be accessed by the clients and further reviewed before acceptance or denial for the same is given. The financials are updated in the system accordingly - debit customer account for an accepted leads and credit call center in case or an accepted leads and vice versa in case of a rejected lead.
